Crisis Intervention

What if a crisis should occur after hours, on a holiday, or I can't reach my counselor? 

If a crisis occurs after normal business hours, our receptionist or answering service will attempt to reach your counselor, and if able, your counselor will talk with you as soon as possible. In the rare event that all our counselors are unavailable for consultation, crisis intervention services are available through the following centers:

The above numbers will provide you with a person who will speak with you by phone. If you feel the need for immediate care, these medical centers have emergency room coverage and on-call psychiatrists who can assess or admit a client to the hospital, if necessary.
